Key skills: agility, attention to detail, and teamwork Required: Culinary technician or technologist with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in hot kitchen operations in the role of Grill Cook, inventory management (labeling), and specialized knowledge of meats and their doneness levels. Skills: agility, working under pressure, attention to detail, teamwork. Work schedule: Tuesday to Sunday (day off on Monday; if Monday is a holiday, day off shifts to Tuesday), working from 12 PM to 9 PM Tuesday to Friday, and from 11 AM to 9 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
