Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Center Technician to ensure continuous and effective monitoring of IT infrastructure, optimizing business impact. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an Operations Center Technician! Job Objective: Ensure continuous and effective monitoring of IT infrastructure and services through alert analysis and prioritization, timely incident management and escalation, continuous improvement of monitoring processes and tools, contributing to operational stability and optimization of business impact. Main Responsibilities: Continuously monitor IT infrastructure and services using monitoring tools (Checkmk, Elastic, Alerta.io). Analyze, correlate, and prioritize alerts to identify incidents and minimize business impact. Escalate incidents to support teams according to established procedures. Participate in the continuous improvement of event management (monitoring) and incident/problem management processes. Collaborate on task automation to optimize operations by identifying repetitive manual tasks. Ensure monitoring systems align with business needs by reviewing errors and proposing improvements.
