




Job Summary: You will be the primary contact for real estate clients, managing their requests and ensuring an impeccable experience with Rentio. Key Highlights: 1. You will manage client relationships, building trust and closeness. 2. You will enjoy working with clients and building long-term relationships. 3. You will support onboarding processes and the development of assigned accounts. What You Will Do? You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients (real estate agencies), ensuring they understand the service, that their requests are handled properly, and that their experience with Rentio is impeccable. You will work closely with various departments to ensure agreements are fulfilled, key processes are tracked, and clients are supported in their day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities: * Manage client relationships with a focus on trust and closeness * Track requests, payments, contracts, and operational processes * Ensure compliance with agreements made with clients * Generate reports and insights for clients * Support onboarding processes for new clients and the development of assigned accounts We Are Looking For Someone Who: * Has excellent communication skills * Is organized, analytical, and solution-oriented * Enjoys working with clients and building long-term relationships * Is proactive and highly detail-oriented. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Degree 1 year of experience Keywords: director, management, governance, stewardship, executive, managing, account executive
