We are looking for an Accounting and Treasury Analyst — a detail-oriented, organized individual with excellent proficiency in accounting processes to support departmental activities. · Requirements: Graduate or current student (from the seventh semester onward) in Accounting and Finance; minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, treasury, billing, and vendor management; proficiency in electronic invoicing, accruals, accounting entries, reconciliations, and accounts receivable control; knowledge of payroll, taxes, and financial obligation management; ability to issue, record, and cross-reference accounting documents accurately, with organization, confidentiality, and excellent handling of sensitive information. · Main Responsibilities: Preparation and monitoring of electronic invoicing. Recording of accounting entries and account reconciliations. Vendor payments and reporting; accounts receivable control and preparation of management reports. Payroll processing and advance reconciliations. Preparation, cross-checking, and issuance of refunds. Support in tax and financial obligation matters. Affiliations, contracts, and accounting document management. Preparation of account statements and other duties assigned by management. · Conditions: Salary: $2,500,000 to $2,800,000 COP depending on profile + statutory benefits.
