Ensure compliance with tax obligations A leading company in the marketing of perfumery and essences is seeking a comprehensive, responsible, detail-oriented, and highly experienced Accounting Analyst to lead the organization's complete accounting cycle in Bogotá. We seek a professional capable of ensuring the reasonableness of financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax obligations, and providing key information for managerial decision-making. Main Responsibilities: Complete Accounting Cycle: Execute and supervise all processes from daily transaction recording through monthly and annual closings. Reconciliations: Perform bank, accounts receivable, supplier, and balance sheet account reconciliations. Tax Management: Preparation and filing of tax returns (VAT, Withholding Tax, ICA, among others) and submission of external information reports. Financial Statements: Preparation and analysis of financial statements under IFRS standards. Assets and Inventory: Accounting control of fixed assets and reconciliation of inventories of raw materials (essences) and finished goods. Treasury: Support in payment scheduling and cash flow management. Reporting: Generate management reports for senior management and respond to regulatory authority requests. Requirements to Apply: Education: Graduate in Public Accounting (with valid Professional License). Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions managing the complete accounting cycle (preferably in commercial or industrial companies). Technical Tools: Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience using accounting/ERP software (SAP, CG1, Odoo, Siigo, or similar). Up-to-date knowledge of IFRS standards and current tax legislation. Skills: Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, integrity, and results orientation. Working Conditions: Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract (directly with the company). Salary: $3,200,000 COP + statutory benefits. Location: Bogotá.
