Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to record, analyze, and clean accounting information, and to support tax settlement and exogenous information generation. Key Highlights: 1. Rocha y Londoño SAS, a company with over 40 years of experience in industrial instrumentation distribution, is currently seeking an Accounting Assistant to cover an 8-month maternity leave. The selected candidate will be responsible for recording, analyzing, and cleaning accounting information; daily accrual of purchase invoices for goods and services; and preparation of monthly bank reconciliations, including payment platforms and corporate credit cards. Additionally, the candidate must perform accounts receivable and payable reconciliations at month-end, monthly merchandise costing, inventory operation control and recording, tracking of advances issued to third parties, and support in tax settlement and exogenous information generation for regulatory authorities. The candidate will also be responsible for issuing administrative, financial, and accounting reports, and controlling sequential numbers generated by the accounting software. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as an accounting assistant or in accounting. Technical or technological training in accounting, or enrollment in Public Accounting with a valid academic certification.
