Vacancy: Accounting Assistant – Bogotá · A leading company in the surveillance and private security sector, located in Bogotá, is seeking a committed, organized Accounting Assistant with a high level of attention to detail. · Required Profile Technical or technological degree in Public Accounting or related fields, or currently enrolled in the final semesters of such programs. Minimum one (1) year of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of basic accounting processes: accruals, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Proficiency in accounting software (Siigo, Helisa, World Office, or similar). Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel (intermediate level). Basic knowledge of current accounting and tax regulations. Competencies Organization and attention to detail Responsibility and confidentiality in handling information Analytical ability Teamwork Proactivity and willingness to learn Main Responsibilities Record and account for the company’s daily transactions. Assist in preparing bank reconciliations. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist in preparing financial reports. Organize and archive accounting documentation. Assist in monthly accounting closing processes. Verify accounting supporting documents and records.
