General Experience: Accounting assistant with 3 years of experience in financial and administrative processes, accounting record management, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and document control. Specific Experience: Accounting assistant with 4 years of experience in finance and administration, including invoicing, accounting documentation, and document organization, ensuring the order and reliability of financial information. Responsibilities: Record accounting transactions (revenues, expenses, purchases). Prepare and file accounting vouchers. Assist in preparing financial statements. Perform bank reconciliations. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. Control invoicing and tax documents. Assist in tax filings. Maintain up-to-date accounting ledgers.
