Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and methodical Accounting Assistant to maintain accurate accounting records and keep them updated, working collaboratively and contributing ideas to improve processes. We are looking for a student of Public Accounting, Finance, and/or Technical Accounting with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Ambiente y Soluciones SAS. If you have a proactive mindset and strong proficiency in office software tools, this position is for you. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records. Your ability to work dynamically and proactively will be key to success in this role. You must have experience with accounting software and solid knowledge of accounting recording practices. Your responsibilities will include accrual of purchase invoices and supporting documents, recording of disbursement vouchers, cash receipts, recording of payments across the company’s various databases, managing requests for tax and financial certificates, accounts receivable management, and file control. Additionally, you must be able to work efficiently and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
