Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Management trainee to support the execution and monitoring of administrative processes in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in document management and organization 2. Preparation of reports and administrative follow-up 3. Support in procurement management and scheduling A prominent company located in Bogotá D.C. is opening a call for applications for an Administrative Management trainee or related fields, interested in developing within a dynamic, organized, and collaborative work environment, supporting the execution and monitoring of the company's administrative processes. What will you do during your internship? Support in managing and organizing physical and digital documentation. Preparation of reports, summaries, and administrative tracking dashboards. Updating and maintaining databases. Support in procurement management, quotations, and service orders. Support in scheduling meetings and managing the department’s calendar. What are we looking for? Technical or technological student in Administrative Management or related fields. Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Organized, proactive individual with attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. What do we offer? Apprenticeship contract. Current legal minimum wage plus statutory benefits.
