Job Summary: We are seeking a Janitor to perform cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of facilities, as well as support waste management and space maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Facility cleaning and disinfection * Tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing and disinfecting restrooms * Cleaning walls, cleaning glass surfaces, floor washing, removal and restoration * Preparing cold and hot beverages * Restocking cleaning supplies * Completing restroom and waste logs * Performing disinfections, waste collection, on-site separation and classification of waste * Operating waste compactors, garbage rounds, and pathogen handling * Cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection of the collection center * Washing, cleaning, and disinfecting: trash bins, machinery, work tools, and compactors * Meeting room services * Cleaning and organizing workstations * Dish clearing in the food court * Cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection of dining areas * Delivering tableware to tenants Benefits: We offer a collaborative and positive work environment.
