Position Purpose Manage the sale of family and business protection and previdential plans, providing comprehensive advisory services that positively impact family well-being. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers (hunting) and strengthening the existing portfolio (farming), meeting commercial targets and service standards. Main Responsibilities Commercial prospecting via telephone, digital channels, and fieldwork (B2B and B2C). Portfolio presentation, negotiation, handling objections, and closing sales. Onboarding new customers and post-sales follow-up. Management of commercial schedule and CRM usage. Participation in wellness campaigns, corporate events, and trade fairs. Customer retention, loyalty, and portfolio growth. Required Profile Technical or Technologist degree in commercial, administrative, or related fields (ongoing professional education is a plus). Minimum 1 year of external sales experience, preferably in intangible products (insurance, health, pensions, telecommunications, funeral previdential plans). Proficiency in office tools, WhatsApp Business, and CRM. Strong negotiation skills, assertive communication, resilience, and self-management ability.
