




Job Summary: Coordinate operations, prepare documents, support project management, attend to customers, organize files, and control inventories in an administrative office. Responsibilities: - Coordinate with other staff members on matters related to organizational operations. - Prepare documents, correspondence, administrative acts, commercial letters, and respond to them according to organizational guidelines, instructions, and technical procedures. - Support project management in accordance with current methodologies and regulations. - Attend to customers according to service protocols. - Receive, classify, and distribute communications according to organizational procedures. - Organize management files and unit administrative documents in compliance with current legislation, administrative processes, guidelines, and technical procedures. - Control inventories and process purchase requests for the administrative unit according to administrative processes, guidelines, and technical procedures. - Apply established technical procedures in line with organizational policies. - Perform related duties.
