Job Summary: Spare Parts and Components Assistant responsible for maintaining up-to-date records, completing forms, and coordinating with maintenance staff for the receipt and verification of goods. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods, equipment, and materials. 2. Coordinate with maintenance personnel to inspect and verify arrivals. 3. Register purchase and service invoices in the SAP system. A leading Colombian company specializing in the manufacturing of laminated flexible packaging and specialized packaging for products, utilizing cutting-edge technology and focusing on quality, innovation, and sustainability for both domestic and international markets. Main responsibilities of this position include: - Maintain updated manual or system-based records of incoming and outgoing goods, equipment, and materials. - Complete the spare parts inbound movement form. - Complete the inbound and outbound movement form for repair-related items. - Collaborate with maintenance personnel to inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices and other documents; record shortages and reject damaged items. - Enter purchase and service invoices into the SAP system. - Receive domestic cabotage DTA shipments and verify imported goods with the free trade zone operator. POSITION: Spare Parts and Components Assistant SALARY: $1.750.905 + Statutory Benefits + Corresponding Overtime Premiums.
