Responsibilities Developing and implementing Document Retention Schedules Managing the company's documentation. Coordinating the intake and dispatch of physical and digital files. Analyzing and classifying documents to ensure proper placement. Collaborating with other teams to maintain archive organization. · Requirements Minimum 2 years of prior experience in document management Knowledge of and ability to apply Document Retention Schedules. Familiarity with archiving systems and team management. Ability to coordinate and organize tasks. Strong productivity skills and attention to detail.
