Job Summary: A reputable company is seeking an Assembly Mechanic to disassemble, inspect, adjust, install, and maintain industrial motors, machines, and mechanical equipment, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment. 2. Install industrial machinery and complex mechanical equipment. 3. Interpret technical diagrams and record maintenance activities. A reputable company requires an Assembly Mechanic for its team to perform the following duties: - Disassemble, inspect, adjust, install, and maintain motors, machines, and mechanical equipment in industrial facilities. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, repair, and/or replacement of defective parts in industrial machines, tools, and equipment. - Examine, inspect, and test machinery and equipment to identify leaks, defects, malfunctions, wear, and general conditions according to standards and specifications. - Install fixed industrial machinery and mechanical equipment such as elevators, escalators, lifts, among others, using manual or mechanical tools in accordance with blueprints and technical specifications. - Interpret diagrams and schematics to determine procedures, operations, systems, and components related to assembly, installation, and maintenance, as well as maintain records of repairs and maintenance performed. - Replace bearings, seals, shafts, gears, and gaskets in equipment. - Lubricate transmissions, gearboxes, screening modules, bearings, shafts, drive chains, gears, and bearings, among others. - Perform related duties.
