General Objective Lead the commercial strategy in your region, driving the development and expansion of our dealer network. You will be a key player in enhancing performance, generating sustainable growth, and strengthening high-impact relationships. Main Responsibilities Develop and expand the dealer network (acquisition and retention). Execute commercial strategies aligned with company objectives. Support and strengthen channel performance. Manage commercial negotiations and agreements. Ensure achievement of sales targets and growth goals. Serve as the strategic liaison between the company and commercial partners. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in channel management, key account management, or distribution (B2B / B2B2C). Proficiency in Salesforce, commercial planning, and negotiation. Strong commercial skills, results orientation, and relationship-building abilities. Willingness to travel.
