The Palos de Leña Restaurant Chain is looking for a bartender passionate about mixology and customer service, with strong teamwork and pressure-handling skills. Main Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. • Create new cocktail combinations (preferred). • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area. • Provide courteous and professional service to customers. • Monitor liquor and supply inventory. • Comply with hygiene and safety regulations. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender. • Knowledge of mixology and preparation of classic cocktails. • Excellent service attitude. • Availability to work rotating shifts (nights, weekends, and holidays). • Professional personal appearance. Academic Qualifications: Technical degree or related courses in bartending, mixology, or related fields (preferred). Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) + tips + statutory benefits. Location: Bogotá.
