El Rancherito, a prominent gastronomic-sector restaurant chain, is seeking high school graduates and/or technical professionals in food and beverage service or mixology with one (1) to two (2) years of experience working as a bartender for the gastronomic and hospitality sectors. · Mission: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, delivering agile and high-quality service while ensuring proper bar operation, order, and supply. · Responsibilities: Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes, quality standards, and customer requests. Provide customer service and assistance, ensuring a friendly and timely experience. Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the bar area, ensuring appropriate hygiene conditions. Monitor and replenish bar supplies, beverages, and utensils to ensure operational availability.
