Job Summary: We are seeking high school graduates and/or technical professionals in food and beverage service or mixology with bartender experience to prepare and serve drinks and maintain bar order. El Rancherito, a prominent gastronomic-sector restaurant chain, is seeking high school graduates and/or technical professionals in food and beverage service or mixology with one (1) to two (2) years of experience working as a bartender for the gastronomic and hospitality sectors. · Mission: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, delivering agile and high-quality service while ensuring proper bar operation, order, and supply. · Responsibilities: Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes, quality standards, and customer requests. Provide customer service and assistance, ensuring a friendly and timely experience. Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the bar area, ensuring appropriate hygiene conditions. Monitor and replenish bar supplies, beverages, and utensils to ensure operational availability. Comply with food and beverage handling regulations as well as internal establishment guidelines. · Technical Knowledge: SIESA software (Desirable) · Professional Competencies: Teamwork. Assertive communication. Attention to detail. Punctuality. Agility. · Salary: $1,750,905 + tips + transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Schedule: Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day per week. Contract Type: Permanent.
