Job Summary: We are seeking a basic waste management operator with physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to perform operational tasks in production environments and material handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Carries out loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials. 2. Operates compaction machinery and ensures waste brand protection. 3. Maintains storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our team as a basic operator. A reputable environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its workforce. We seek operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and material handling. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); motorcycle required for convenient access to the industrial zone; no shuttle service provided by the company. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide shuttle service; personal transportation is essential.
