A reputable environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its workforce. We seek operational staff with strong physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and handle materials. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in physically demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); motorcycle required for convenient access to the industrial zone; no company-provided transportation service Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper branding protection of waste materials. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime pay + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma / Secondary education Less than 1 year of experience Keywords: operator, operario, operator
