Emphasizes account ownership, follow-ups, and performance accountability The Account Manager will act as a key commercial and relationship-building point of contact for prospective and existing clients. This role is highly proactive, focused on driving registrations, nurturing customer relationships, increasing engagement, and ensuring long-term satisfaction. The position emphasizes ownership of accounts, follow-ups, and performance accountability. Key Responsibilities - Managing Inbound Communications: Proactively handle inbound calls, emails, and messages, identifying customer needs and converting inquiries into registrations. - Account Ownership & Client Engagement: Manage a portfolio of prospective and active customers, maintaining ongoing communication to build trust, loyalty, and retention. - Customer Onboarding & Growth: Register new customers, schedule trial classes, perform structured follow-ups, and guide clients through the decision-making process. - Issue Resolution & Relationship Management: Address concerns or complaints with a solution-oriented mindset, de-escalating situations while protecting the customer relationship and business objectives. - CRM & Data Management: Accurately maintain customer information, interaction notes, and pipeline status in CRM systems. - Process & Script Adherence: Follow established communication frameworks while adapting conversations to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction. - Performance & Revenue Targets: Consistently achieve KPIs related to account conversion, registration goals, follow-up effectiveness, response times, and overall customer satisfaction.
