




Job Summary: A leading company in the construction sector is seeking a Billing Assistant to receive invoices from suppliers and contractors, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely payment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reception and management of invoices from suppliers and contractors 2. Support for administrative tasks in the procurement and accounts payable department 3. Ensuring compliance with organizational and complementary functions A prominent construction-sector company requires personnel with experience as a Billing Assistant. Your responsibilities will include receiving invoices from suppliers and service contractors, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and those established by the company, for subsequent timely payment in support of the company's financial interests. 1. Perform daily receipt of invoices from suppliers and/or contractors according to the procedures established by the department for each case 2. Provide support for administrative tasks in the procurement and accounts payable department 3. Ensure that all other organizational and complementary functions related to the position are fulfilled. What We Are Looking For Technical or technological degree, or university student in accounting or related administrative fields, minimum fourth semester. Minimum 6 months of experience in receiving supplier invoices, electronic invoicing, and handling over 50 invoices per day.
