




Job Summary: We are seeking a Chef to ensure menu preparation, production quality, team training and development, and gastronomic advisory support. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are looking for a Chef responsible for ensuring daily menu and special event preparations, maintaining production quality in operations under their supervision according to established quality standards, as well as ensuring team training, coaching, coordination, monitoring, motivation, and development, and providing gastronomic advisory support. Main Responsibilities: Ensure smooth execution of meal cycles and menus under contracts, adhering to established quality standards to meet client needs and fulfill requirements stipulated in the official service specifications. Evaluate food service performance and implement actions for continuous improvement. Support the company's gastronomic projects by innovating menus and services. Education: Technical or Technological Degree in Culinary Arts or Bachelor’s Degree in Gastronomy Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Chef in food service operations within hotels, clubs, or other institutions offering specialized mass catering services, including national and international cuisines and events.
