Job Summary: We are seeking a technician/technologist with experience in leadership and operational supervision, team management, and service delivery assurance. Key Highlights: 1. Assertive and effective communication A nationally leading company with 70 years of market presence seeks technicians and/or technologists (if holding a high school diploma, academic equivalency may be granted based on representative experience) in environmental, healthcare, administrative, or related fields; minimum one year of experience in roles such as team leader, coordinator, and/or operations supervisor in companies involving responsibilities including managing staff rosters or workgroups of at least 20 people, conducting daily inspections across various facility areas, reporting incidents, scheduling and controlling operational staff shifts to ensure full position coverage, and promptly addressing incidents arising during service delivery across all shifts; responsible for equipment and supplies management and control, and for managing work teams with direct reporting authority. Skills in formative leadership, assertive and effective communication. Proficiency in Excel for report preparation. Base salary: $1,958,711 + statutory benefits + transportation allowance $241,651. Labor Contract for Specific Work, directly with the company.
