Required Profile: Technical or technological degree in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in food service (restaurants, corporate cafeterias, hotels, or institutional catering). Knowledge of menu preparation, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and proper food handling. Ability to work effectively in teams, under pressure, and with a quality-oriented mindset. Main Responsibilities: Prepare and present food according to established standards. Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. Manage inventory and properly handle supplies. Assist in menu planning and cost control. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.
