Job Summary: We are seeking collection advisors to manage portfolios comprehensively, conduct effective negotiations, and achieve targets. Key Highlights: 1. Achievement of KPIs and targets We are looking for collection advisors with excellent skills in effective negotiation, handling of objections, and assertive communication. We offer: Base salary of $1,850,000 + Commissions for target achievement + Statutory benefits + Transportation allowance Work schedule: Monday to Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. / Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Subject to change; availability to work on Saturdays if required) Contract type: Project-based or task-based contract 100% on-site work in Modelia neighborhood Requirements: Recent and specific experience in portfolio collection, with a minimum of 1 continuous year. Technical or technological degree in administrative, commercial, or related fields. Ability to work under defined deadlines. Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
