Position: Collections Advisor Education University students or technology program students from the third semester onwards in administrative or related fields. Graduated technicians in administrative or related fields may also apply. Profile We seek individuals with a service-oriented vocation, assertive communication skills, and a results-driven mindset—those who enjoy building trust-based relationships with clients and achieving team goals. Experience Minimum 6 months of experience, preferably in portfolio collections. Experience in financial institutions, commercial entities, cooperative sectors, or collection agencies will be valued. (Not mandatory) Employment Conditions Salary: COP 1,870,300 + COP 249,095 transportation allowance + statutory benefits. (No commissions) Schedule: 44 hours per week (Monday to Saturday) Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Immediate hiring.
