Job Summary: Commercial Advisor responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending products, conducting post-sales follow-up, capturing orders, updating market information, and managing accounts receivable. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise and sell products and services to diverse customers. 2. Conduct post-sales follow-up and manage the customer portfolio. 3. Implement market strategies and promote sales. A company located in the city requires a Commercial Advisor for the following: -Identify customer needs and resources, and recommend appropriate services and products. -Conduct follow-up and consult with customers after the sale to resolve issues, ensure satisfaction, and provide technical support for products. -Capture purchase orders from retailers, industrial establishments, wholesale merchants, and other customers. -Obtain and update information regarding market conditions, employer goods and services, and competitor offerings. -Sell goods, equipment, supplies, and technical services to industrial, commercial, or individual establishments, institutions, companies, among others. -Provide general and specialized information on features, advantages, pricing, and operation of equipment, merchandise, products, and services, and demonstrate their use. -Prepare quotations, sales terms, warranties, delivery dates, and order schedules. -Implement market strategies according to the organization’s situation and administrative processes. -Promote sales with customers. -Identify and contact potential customers. -Manage collection of customer accounts receivable to ensure fulfillment of commitments made during the sales process. -Perform related duties.
