




Job Summary: A professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing with experience in B2B sales and leading commercial teams, responsible for managing and supporting the sales team, setting targets, supervising leads, generating reports, developing customer relationships, and staying updated on market developments to ensure goal achievement and customer retention. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in coordination or supervision roles within commercial or B2B sales areas, leading commercial teams and structuring value propositions for medium- and large-sized enterprises. Within this experience, at least 6 months must be specifically in the commercialization of technology services. Responsibilities: Lead and support the team of executives and other commercial profiles in the end-to-end management of prospects, current customers, and business opportunities, ensuring achievement of assigned objectives. Set monthly sales and performance targets; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quota attainment, conversion rate, cross-selling, effective closures, among others; and generate periodic performance reports for management. Supervise lead prospecting and qualification, strategically directing efforts toward sectors and customers with higher closing potential and profitability. Generate consolidated sales reports and present results to senior management, including trend analysis, performance by profile, and improvement opportunities. Provide customer service and support, effectively managing their requests, inquiries, and complaints, while ensuring full traceability of each case. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers, prioritizing assigned targets and ensuring their retention through close, strategic engagement. Continuously update knowledge of market conditions, industry trends, competition, and regulations impacting the company’s commercial services. Support the structuring of commercial proposals jointly with technical and operational departments, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and the organization’s execution capabilities. Train the commercial team on products, solutions, value arguments, objection handling, and applicable regulations, strengthening their technical and commercial competencies. Conduct analysis and follow-up of cross-selling opportunities with current customers, coordinating with responsible executives and involved departments. Manage new sales with current customers from inception to completion, ensuring proper internal communication of each commercial process and adherence to established operational workflows. Ensure customer commercial documentation is up-to-date, organized, and accessible in the repositories defined by the company. Carry out and supervise the process of adding additional parties and contract amendments with a Dismantling Clause. Support strategic negotiations with key customers and conduct post-negotiation follow-up to ensure satisfactory execution and continuity of the commercial relationship. Coordinate marketing and demand-generation activities, such as telemarketing campaigns, industry events, and other related initiatives. Design and implement strategies to ensure customers comply with GRM policies and guidelines, guaranteeing appropriate contractual and operational engagement. Maintain control using employer-provided technological monitoring tools. Operational management of tools supporting the technical, administrative, and operational systems.
