Job Summary: We are seeking a Communications Assistant to support the communication strategy, manage content on digital channels, and develop graphic and audiovisual materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the project's communication strategy. 2. Manage content publication across various digital channels. 3. Develop and adapt graphic and audiovisual materials for promotion. We are looking for a Communications Assistant — a Technology graduate or university student in Visual Design, Film and Communication, 3D Animation, Social Communication, Advertising Communication, or Graphic Design, with at least 2 years of certified professional experience. Your responsibilities will include supporting the implementation of the project’s communication strategy, ensuring timely dissemination of the call for applications across municipalities in the department. Manage content publication across defined channels (social media, digital media, direct messaging), ensuring consistency with institutional guidelines. Support the development and adaptation of graphic and audiovisual materials for promoting the project locally. Support content development for municipal governments and local stakeholders to disseminate information, facilitating territorial outreach of the call for applications. Accompany outreach sessions as required, ensuring proper implementation of the communication strategy. Maintain an updated repository of communication assets, evidence, and deliverables. And other duties as assigned. Required skills: Written and Verbal Communication, Digital Media Management, Design Tools, and Office Software. Prior experience in communications or a related field is a plus. We seek a proactive individual capable of adapting quickly to change.
