Requirements - Education: High school diploma or technical degree in administrative-related fields, preferably - Experience: Minimum 1 year of certified experience performing reception, customer service and support, activity coordination, and telephone assistance - Skills in process coordination, planning, monitoring, control, and sense of urgency - Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week.
