Inventory control and support for in-store organization A well-established company requires a Medipiel in-store advisor with six (6) months of experience in the beauty, cosmetics, hair care, or skincare sector. Academic Qualification: Completed high school education. Job Requirements: Operation of cash registers. Inventory management. Monitoring of sales performance indicators. Job Mission: To provide comprehensive in-store customer advisory services, ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience, achievement of commercial performance indicators, and effective operational management of the assigned location. Responsibilities: Provide personalized advisory services to customers on beauty and skincare products. Manage the sales process and achievement of commercial performance indicators. Handle cash transactions and money collection according to established guidelines. Control inventory and support warehouse management. Support in-store organization and product presentation. · Salary: COP 1,750,000 + transportation allowance COP 249,000 + approximate commissions COP 400,000 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based or service contract. Working Hours: Monday through Sunday, with one compensatory day per week, during mall operating hours (opening, midday, or closing shifts).
