Training and opportunities for professional growth PROSEGUR is currently looking for a Concierge to join its team, providing operational support, attending to residents and visitors, and assisting with facility maintenance and proper functioning. Main Responsibilities: Attention and guidance for residents, visitors, and suppliers. Operation of intercoms, telephones, and internal communication systems. Reception and distribution of correspondence. Assistance with vehicle entry and exit. Supervision of order and presentation in common areas. Preparation of incident reports and updates. Support for building administration. Use of industrial safety equipment, following prior training. Compliance with internal protocols, coexistence rules, and occupational health and safety guidelines. Requirements: High school education (up to 9th grade) preferred. Ability to read and write. Minimum six months of experience in similar positions. Professional personal appearance and service-oriented attitude. Ability to work in teams and follow established procedures.
