Job Summary: SAIM S.A.S. is seeking a Janitor to perform cleaning, basic maintenance, and resident assistance at a residential complex. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks in common areas. 2. Assist with basic gardening activities and operational tasks. 3. Provide assistance and guidance to residents and visitors. SAIM S.A.S. requires a Janitor for its residential complex located in Piedecuesta. Main Duties: Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks in common areas, towers, and other areas of the residential complex. Assist with basic gardening activities when required. Provide assistance and guidance to residents, visitors, and service providers. Maintain ongoing communication with service providers, clients, and management. Support operational tasks related to the proper functioning of the residential complex. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning and sanitation within residential complexes, companies, or common areas. Basic knowledge of gardening. Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and teamwork. Professional personal appearance and immediate availability. Working Conditions: Work schedule: 44 hours per week. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary: COP $2,000,000 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Additional bonus of COP $307,500 (paid pro-rata for 20 vacation days) Important: This position is initially intended to cover vacation leave.
