This is an opportunity for committed, service-oriented individuals who wish to build connections and provide comprehensive support through maintenance, security, and customer service functions in commercial spaces. · · Academic qualifications: · High school diploma. · · Job mission: · Perform a versatile role combining maintenance, access control, and resident or user assistance, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment within the commercial passage. · · Responsibilities: · - Security and access control, including opening and closing passage entrances. · - General building maintenance. · - Reception and assistance to residents or users. · - Emergency management. · - Turning lights on and off, and monitoring surveillance cameras. · · Knowledge: · - Customer service. · · Professional competencies: · Teamwork, assertive communication, responsibility, and commitment. · · Salary: $1.750.905 + transportation allowance + current statutory benefits. · Contract type: Fixed-term contract for one year. · Schedule: Rotating shifts. · Work location: Medellín.-Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma / Secondary education 1 year of experience Keywords: doorman, concierge, attendant, concierge
