Job Summary: We are seeking Construction Assistants to support operational activities on construction projects, with or without prior experience, in the Eastern region of Antioquia. Support in operational construction activities A construction company located in the Eastern region of Antioquia is seeking Construction Assistants, with or without experience, to support various operational activities within construction projects. Main Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and organization of materials and tools. Perform basic construction tasks. Load and unload materials. Transport tools and equipment within the construction site. Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. Follow instructions from the site supervisor. Comply with established safety regulations. Requirements No formal academic education required. Candidates with or without experience are welcome. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is desirable. Willingness to perform physical work. Responsibility and commitment. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Working Conditions Salary: $1,750,905 + social benefits. Contract type: Indefinite-term contract. Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Work location: El Peñol, Antioquia.
