You will lead content strategy for brands and institutions, connecting positioning, growth, and performance. You will be responsible for designing robust narratives, structuring content ecosystems, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Strategy Design content strategies aligned with business objectives. Build brand and narrative architectures. Define conceptual territories and editorial pillars. Design content funnels and customer journeys. Integrate organic, paid, and performance content. Brand Development Build and evolve brand positioning. Develop creative and conceptual brand ideas. Define institutional tone, voice, and narrative. Ensure coherence between visual identity and strategic narrative. Editorial Planning Design multi-channel content grids and strategic calendars. Define formats: video, editorial, short-form, long-form, traditional. Oversee storytelling in campaigns. Production & Execution Produce and supervise digital and traditional content. Provide conceptual direction for audiovisual pieces and strategic scriptwriting. Deliver high-level strategic copy. Collaborate closely with design, media planning, and performance teams. Client Relationship Lead strategic conversations and present conceptual proposals. Translate client needs into actionable frameworks. Defend creative decisions with business-based reasoning. AI Integration Strategically incorporate AI into creative and production processes. Design hybrid human + AI workflows. Automate research, trend analysis, and content optimization. Ideal Candidate A professional with 5+ years of experience in content strategy, branding, or communications, preferably with agency or strategic consulting background. Must be able to think about brand and business simultaneously, possess strong creative and conceptual judgment, and demonstrate excellent presentation and client-facing argumentation skills. Proficiency in the digital ecosystem and traditional media is required, along with advanced familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and predictive analytics and automation solutions.
