Key Responsibilities include: Lead the company’s financial planning and budgeting. Design and monitor budget execution and cost structure. Manage cash flow and ensure organizational liquidity. Analyze financial profitability and viability of projects and operations. Implement financial control models and management indicators (KPIs). Generate strategic financial reports for senior management. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks. Ensure compliance with regulatory, accounting, and tax requirements. Lead relationships with financial institutions and structure financing mechanisms.
