




Job Summary: We are seeking a Cultural Programs Operational Assistant to plan, direct, and supervise the logistical execution of artistic and cultural activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan, direct, and supervise the logistical execution of scheduled artistic and cultural activities. Includes direct coordination of stage set-up and dismantling processes, 2. Efficiently secure available physical venues and synchronize timing of technical resources required for each event. 3. Supervise, inventory, and safeguard technical equipment in the cultural area (sound systems, lighting, and audiovisual tools). 4. Develop, rigorously monitor, and continuously evaluate work schedules for the cultural area. 5. Ensure that operational stages before, during, and after events strictly adhere to established deadlines, mitigating time or extraordinary cost overruns. 6. Manage fulfillment of hospitality requirements and technical contracts, and ensure continuous operational support from arrival until completion of participation at the venue. 7. Consolidate operational information and generate detailed basic administrative reports on event execution, audience attendance, supply usage, and vendor evaluation. · Education Level: Professional degree in performing arts or related fields. Experience: Minimum six (6) years in corporate event logistics or related areas. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Salary: $2,643,700 + statutory surcharges + overtime + transportation allowance, with statutory benefits.
