Main Functions Lead the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the OHSMS. Coordinate OHS diagnostics, inspections, work plans, and training programs. Implement epidemiological surveillance and risk control programs. Manage reporting to entities such as ARL, EPS, and regulatory bodies. Support audits and regulatory inspections. Supervise the OHS team and support committees including COPASST and the Labor Coexistence Committee. Requirements Professional degree in Occupational Health and Safety. 50/20-hour OHSMS course. Auditor training certification (Res. 40040595/22). Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of regulations applicable to the private security sector.
