Job Summary: We are seeking an apprentice to support the design and development of corporate training tools, strengthening competencies and organizational objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Support the design and development of corporate training tools. 2. Collaborate in the creation of e-learning content and courses. 3. Opportunity to propose ideas for optimizing training tools. We are looking for a Productive-Stage Apprentice who supports the design, development, and implementation of corporate training tools, contributing to strengthening employee competencies and achieving organizational objectives. Main Responsibilities: Support the design and structuring of training content. Develop presentations, guides, and instructional materials. Adapt content to digital and in-person formats. Support the creation of virtual courses (e-learning). Design evaluation and follow-up formats. Participate in developing manuals, instructions, and learning pathways. Monitor attendance and outcomes of training sessions. Organize documentation related to training processes. Support scheduling of training sessions. Provide support during the execution of training activities. Propose ideas to optimize training tools. Collect participant feedback. Support measuring the effectiveness of training. Complete assigned tasks within established timeframes. Requirements: Technical or technological student in: Multimedia Production Multimedia Design and Integration Training or Education for Work Human Talent Management Administrative Management or related fields Creativity and interest in content development. Organizational and follow-up skills. Basic proficiency in digital and office tools.
