Position Summary: We are seeking a Cost Planning Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and a focus on resource optimization to manage raw materials and inputs, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. We require a Cost Planning Analyst with analytical capability, results orientation, and a focus on resource optimization to strengthen our team. · Role Purpose Inspect, monitor, and manage raw material and input requirements, ensuring adherence to cost budgets and contributing to operational efficiency and satisfaction of our internal and external customers. · Key Responsibilities Monitor and validate weekly raw material and input orders according to operational demand. Analyze demand forecasts and ensure proper resource planning. Approve and adjust orders, controlling variations in quantity and consumption. Track raw material costs against the defined budget, identifying deviations and generating action plans. Coordinate with procurement and design teams to optimize the product portfolio in terms of cost and performance. · Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in supply chain, logistics, costing, or related areas are desirable. Experience Minimum 3 years in planning, costing, or resource management roles. Experience in the food or services sector will be valued. · Technical Knowledge Advanced Excel proficiency and numerical analysis skills. Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and demand forecasting.
