Job Summary: We are seeking an academic high school graduate sales associate for the retail commercial sector, focused on customer acquisition and retention, personalized consultation, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and capture new sales opportunities 2. Provide personalized service and advise customers 3. Retain customers and contribute to the store's success Our partner company is looking for academic high school graduates with at least six (6) months of work experience as a sales associate or in related fields, for the retail commercial sector. Responsibilities: Identify and capture new sales opportunities by approaching customers and offering products or services suited to their needs. Provide personalized service by advising customers on product features, benefits, and specifications, and resolving questions or concerns. Complete transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing required payment methods or agreements. Retain customers by ensuring their return to the store and promoting brand loyalty. Achieve established sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall success. · Salary: $1.750.905 + statutory benefits. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Work Schedule: Rotating schedule from Sunday to Sunday, 8 working hours per day, 1-hour lunch break.
