Your primary mission will be to listen with absolute respect and warmth, provide emotional support, and manage end-to-end coordination of all funeral services to ensure flawless execution. Position Profile We seek an organized, methodical, precise professional with logical thinking who demonstrates high emotional intelligence under pressure, strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a positive attitude toward daily challenges. The Customer Service Supernumerary must possess the flexibility and capacity to temporarily cover administrative and auxiliary roles at the Rionegro branch, ensuring operational continuity and guaranteeing timely, respectful, and empathetic family support throughout the funeral process. Requirements and Skills Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education. Experience: 2 years in administrative, operational, or customer service roles. Knowledge: Basic administrative knowledge and intermediate proficiency in office software tools. Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, assertive communication, and strong service orientation. Availability: Full-time availability to work rotating shifts (day, night, weekends, and holidays), with one compensatory rest day per week. Working Conditions Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract (direct employment with the company). Salary: COP $2,049,310 + statutory transportation allowance. Schedule: Rotating shifts (day, night, weekends, and holidays). To ensure 24/7 service continuity, the standard weekly working schedule of 42 (forty-two) hours will be distributed extraordinarily, with daily shifts of up to twelve (12) hours, according to the agreed shift scheme: Four (4) workdays followed by three (3) rest days (43). Five (5) workdays followed by two (2) rest days (52). Six (6) workdays followed by one (1) rest day (6*1).
