




Job Summary: We are seeking a technician or technologist with experience in the meat industry to coordinate deboning processes, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with sanitary regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of deboning processes and product optimization. 2. Leadership of operational staff and process control. 3. Inventory management and compliance with sanitary regulations. A reputable company in the sector requires a technician or technologist in food processing or related fields, with a minimum of 12 months of experience in relevant positions, preferably within the meat industry. Requirements and Knowledge: Food handling and meat cutting techniques. Inventory management and cold chain control. Staff leadership and operational process control. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitary regulations. Main Functions: Coordinate the deboning process, ensuring product quality, yield, and optimal utilization. Supervise and lead operational staff, assigning and distributing workloads. Control losses and optimize raw material usage. Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitary regulations. Manage inventories and ensure proper cold chain maintenance. Schedule staff shifts. Report production process updates and team-related developments. Employment Conditions: Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Salary: To be agreed upon.
