We are looking for a Digital Trafficker with a performance-driven mindset, a data obsession, and proven experience managing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work at an agency specialized in higher education, managing accounts for universities and academic institutions with clear lead generation and enrollment objectives. You will be responsible for planning, setting up, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads for higher education institutions. Your work directly impacts clients’ enrollment results; therefore, autonomy, analytical judgment, and the ability to make rapid, data-driven decisions are expected. Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning and Setup Design and implement advertising strategies on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads focused on lead generation for undergraduate and graduate programs. Configure audiences, targeting, campaign objectives, and ad set structures according to each institution’s funnel. Manage advertising budgets efficiently, prioritizing cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS). Optimization and Analysis Monitor daily campaign performance and make real-time optimization decisions. Execute A/B tests of audiences, creatives, copy, and formats to improve key metrics. Analyze campaign data and translate insights into clear recommendations for both internal teams and clients. Identify opportunities for scaling without compromising budget efficiency. Platform and Tool Management Set up and monitor pixels, conversions, events, and tags on Meta, Google Tag Manager, and TikTok Pixel. Work with Google Analytics 4 and Meta Business Suite to track results. Align advertising strategies with client landing pages, lead forms, and CRM systems. Reporting and Communication Prepare periodic reports featuring key metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and lead volume. Communicate results and insights to the account team and, when required, directly to clients. Propose strategic adjustments based on audience behavior and enrollment seasonality. Ideal Candidate Profile A professional with 2–4 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns at agencies or independent projects, with proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Strong analytical judgment to interpret data and optimize in real time, fluent use of tools such as GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously are expected.
