Perform review and preparation of service orders and certifications. Manage area documentation, filing, and correspondence. Guarantee customer satisfaction through follow-up and management indicators. Requirements Education: Technical or technological student in administrative, commercial, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 6 months in similar positions (certifiable practical training applies). Additional Information Salary: $1.750.905 Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (for a specific project or task), with possibility of conversion to indefinite-term contract after 6 months.
