Vacancy: Commercial Executive (Bogotá) · A leading company in the security monitoring and private security sector, located in Bogotá, is seeking a highly results-oriented Commercial Executive with negotiation skills and a focus on corporate client growth. · Required Profile University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Specialization in commercial areas, sales, or management is desirable. Minimum two (2) years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in the security monitoring, private security, or B2B services sector. Experience managing corporate accounts and bidding processes. Preferably experience in companies with over 1,100 employees. Knowledge of commercial strategies, market expansion, and customer retention. Proficiency in office tools (Intermediate/Advanced Excel) and CRM. Manage and strengthen commercial relationships with existing clients. Develop commercial proposals and participate in bidding processes. Achieve the sales targets established by the company. Monitor commercial KPIs and management reports. Analyze the market and competition to generate business opportunities.
