Job Summary: We are seeking a leadership-oriented Electrical Engineer to ensure the operability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of industrial electrical networks, supervising teams and managing resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the technical team 2. Ensure the operationality and continuous improvement of electrical networks 3. Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance We require an Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as a supervisor, leader, or coordinator of projects or technical areas, demonstrating leadership and adaptability to perform the following functions: Ensure the operability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the industrial park's electrical networks (low, medium, and high voltage), including public lighting, substations, transformers, power plants, video surveillance chambers, weighbridges, alarm systems, and other associated components. Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and service continuity standards. Supervise and coordinate contractors, verifying proper technical and administrative execution of work, as well as adherence to schedules and reporting requirements. Diagnose and resolve electrical failures, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity. Lead and manage the technical team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and supporting execution during critical situations. Administer and monitor energy services, including coordination with the network operator. Control and ensure temporary and permanent electrical connections, complying with current regulations. Manage area resources: inventories, tools, spare parts, and procurement, ensuring availability and proper usage. Maintain up-to-date technical and administrative documentation (drawings, records, indicators, reports, and physical/digital archives). Implement technological improvements and energy efficiency strategies. Prepare periodic reports and ensure achievement of management indicators.
